Offshore Marine Solutions Ltd. is owned and run by Keith Pope, who up until December 2004 traded as Pendrik Diving Services with his vessel "Josephine". Keith started Pendrik Diving Services in 1991 and has successfully worked all around the UK coastal waters plus Ireland, France, Sweden and Denmark.

Keith has worked on various contracts since 1991 including the Malmo to Copenhagen Bridge in Sweden, and 3 of the largest wind farm projects in the Northern Hemisphere, the Horns Rev off Denmark, Arklow Bank off Ireland and the Kentish Flats Wind Farm off the coast of Kent. With the new company name also came a new vessel, "TERRAMARE 1", a modernized multi purpose landing craft.

"TERRAMARE 1" has a deck capacity of 70 Tonnes, enabling large loads or heavy plant to be carried effortlessly, with this come the ability for up to 8 crew members to stay at sea for up to 10 days due to the Full Galley, Mess Room, Toilet, Shower and Freshwater Holding Tanks.
